Leading UX at Fiix
This is a walkthrough of a ux database in Jira I created to organize all the research done with users, the UI guide and also a glossary for all the different ux tools available.
The PDF below shows at a high level some of the activities and processes I helped put into place. I held workshops with different departments to educate everyone on the importance of UX. I worked with Head of Product to create a Discovery Process that would include more UX research to validate our solutions and ideas. I created roadmaps to make sure all products running parallel would be worked on in priority and efficiantly. I started the process of re-building the core desktop application by working on the IA Strategy. I implemented user testing which wasn't easy seeing as our users were hard to reach. To find users I pitched a process to stakeholders which included a call out in certain email signatures, a section to opt in for ux activities in the help section of our website as well as an email to users who've left feedback in the past asking if they would like to participate.
