Overview

Fixx is a cloud-based maintenance sofware. My main resposibility for the first year was to re-design the hybrid application in order to optimize for native apps. We had a tight deadline to build a native application for both platforms. Once the apps launched I was able to slow down a little bit and really focus on building a UX practice and process at a company that didn't have one. We needed to do more research and validating in order to be sure we were building the right features. With a new process in place I moved on to slowly re-desinging the main desktop application while continuing to update the mobile apps.
